About the Tasting
We invite you to a unique kombucha tasting where participants will have the opportunity to discover 10 distinctive varieties of our handcrafted kombuchas. The selection includes classic kombuchas brewed with green and black tea, as well as seasonal variations enriched with fruits and herbs. We also introduce the rare Jun kombucha, our house-made water kefir, and exclusive “Single Tea” kombuchas – made from a single, carefully selected tea with its own story.
During the tasting, we explore the kombucha fermentation process, revealing how tea, sugar, and the SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) transform into a living, naturally carbonated drink. Participants will learn to recognize flavor balance, appreciate the harmony between acidity and sweetness, and understand why unpasteurized kombucha retains its live microbiota, contributing to the beverage’s health benefits.
