Bao Hong Dragonwell

Bao Hong Dragonwell is a premium green tea from the lush, high-altitude gardens of Zhejiang, renowned for its unique flavor profile and artisanal production methods. Handpicked during the early spring flush, only the freshest tender leaves are carefully selected to create this exquisite tea. Its signature flat, sword-shaped leaves are expertly pan-fried to lock in their natural sweetness and aroma.

This tea is celebrated for its smooth, nutty flavor with delicate notes of roasted chestnuts and a whisper of floral undertones. The pale emerald liquor is crisp and refreshing, offering a soothing balance between sweetness and umami. A velvety texture and lingering, clean finish make each sip a refined experience.

Kombucha #2

Golden Lotus

Honey aroma, delicate flowers and echoes of fruity notes – this is the Oriental Beauty type oolong tea from the Lai Chau region, grown at an altitude of 1000-1200 m in Ban Bo village, Vietnam. Wonderfully soft, without bitterness, with a light “bug-bitten” effect – brownish leaves, brownish gold color, reminiscent of fruit and honey, which wonderfully conveys these nuances to the 7-day fermented kombucha.

Black Ruby

This distinctive Black Ruby single-tea kombucha boasts an exceptionally refined character. We use high-mountain Nepalese tea for fermentation, where the cool climate and slow oxidation process cultivated its deep flavour profile. Our careful, long fermentation transforms these qualities into the drink—the longer it matures, the better it becomes. The flavour of this kombucha is expressive and rich, layered with sweet spices and subtle caramel undertones. This is a premium, elegant, and perfectly matured kombucha experience.

Fresh tea directly from the most remote tea farms, with their unique characteristics, complements different seasons. It also creates an atmosphere and connects you with the masters who made these teas in their small farms. Four times a year, we ferment these teas into limited edition exclusive flavor kombucha, selecting three different flavor kombucha options for your special occasions.

The Single tea kombucha line is not mixed with herbs, fruits, or spices because each tea we choose has a unique taste and style, reflecting the origin, harvest, and farming methods of the tea. The flavor nuances that arise during the tea growing and production process become even more pronounced during the kombucha production process, giving our beverage an even more unique taste.

The first fermentation of this kombucha is always done in glass vessels, and the second fermentation is done in champagne bottles, where the aging process is controlled to create even more subtle flavor nuances. Since we use rare teas obtained in small quantities, this kombucha series is limited edition and is sold until stocks run out. Each quarter, the previous line is discontinued, and three new flavors are released, making each release unique and one-of-a-kind.

To preserve all authentic and traditional kombucha fermentation qualities, we do not pasteurize or sterile-filter it — therefore it must be kept refrigerated.
