  • Centuries ago, when this tea was intended only for privileged Chinese and was still traditionally buried in the soil to develop a typical taste, no one could have imagined that it would ever develop to an industrial level. Thanks to artisan tea makers and the increased demand, this is now possible. We have chosen a high standard of quality that stand out due to its dark brown leaf and strong, spicy-earthy taste. Mature (Shu) which has been called the bridge between coffee and tea drinkers because of its deep color and sweet, earthy flavors. Depending on the brewing time and dose, an earthy, woody flavour and a dark red-brown cup of tea are obtained.
